KX321系列實時時鐘振蕩器在廣泛的范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)卓越的穩(wěn)定性的操作條件。它利用Pericom專利技術(shù)實現(xiàn)超低電流小于10 μ A。輸出時鐘信號兼容LVCMOS/LVTTL邏輯的水平。該設(shè)備可在磁帶和卷軸上使用,是否包含在3.2 x 2.5mm表面貼裝陶瓷包裝。
